Hayley is a specialist in Internal Medicine at Newmarket Equine Hospital, UK.  She graduated from the University of Liverpool Veterinary School in 2011. She worked as an equine ambulatory vet in a mixed practice in the UK, before commencing an equine internal medicine Fellowship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute, Kentucky. She then completed a residency in large animal internal medicine at the University of Georgia. Hayley became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2019 and an RCVS Specialist in Equine Medicine in 2022. Her professional interests include neonatology, gastroenterology and critical care medicine. She has lectured internationally and published in peer reviewed publications.
