He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (1983), a Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1989) and a PhD in Pathology from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1996). He held a Post Doctorate at the Equine Reproduction Laboratory at the University of Colorado (USA) between 1997 and 1998. He is currently an adjunct professor at the Department of Animal Reproduction and Veterinary Radiology at FMVZ-UNESP-Botucatu He has experience in the area of ​​Veterinary Medicine, with an emphasis on Gynecology and Animal Andrology, working mainly in Equine Reproduction. Member of the International Committee of the Symposia on Equine Reproduction and Stallion Reproduction. Researcher CNPq (Research Productivity Scholar).
